On Nov 1st 2013, the Emission Factor Tables for Risk Assessment (Ver.3) under the Japan CSCL was published jointly by three offices concerning chemical safety respectively under MHLW, METI and MOE. Meanwhile, the official English version of Emission Factors for Screening Assessment was made public.
