This standard specifies general guidelines of the environment-friendly use period of electronic information products that contain toxic or hazardous substances or elements. This standard applies to the electronic information products which contain the hazardous substance or element specified in MIIT Order 39 at a concentration that exceeds the limit required in SJ/T 11363-2006.
