The EU REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 has been implemented for more than 10 years. According to the principle of “One Substance, One Dossier”, for substances with dossiers submitted and LR established, companies have to join in the joint submission to comply with the regulation. Companies have to communicate with LR about the LOA purchasing and data sharing fees to complete registration. Though ECHA published several guidance documents on data sharing, LOA fee is always the key element for hindering companies to make the final decisions in having the registration. In this webinar, we will focus on the principles of LOA cost calculation and the situations on additional costs of data sharing after registration completion, aiming to help companies to assess whether the data sharing fee is fair or not and to cut loss.
►All ChemLinked users have free access to the webinar live, but only ChemLinked corporate and standard members and registrants of the webinar can access subsequent materials (including video and PPT) free of charge.
