Background

Entered into force on 1 May 2002, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases is fundamental in regulating China's occupational safety and health (OSH). The amended law came into effect on 31 Dec 2011, which further specifies oversight responsibilities of work safety administrations, health departments and labor unions as well as primary liabilities and responsibilities of employers in regards to occupational disease prevention and risk reduction.

This webinar introduces the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases, which is the fundamental in regulating China's occupational safety and health (OSH).
