On 12 Dec 2018, China’s Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) issued the 11th batch of regular notifications (click here) and the 20th batch of simplified notifications (click here) that have been approved in 2018. Registration certificates have been formally issued to the companies.
For the twelve regular notifications, seven are general regular notifications, three are re-notifications for increased tonnage band, one is joint notification and the other one is repeated notification. In addition, three applications for modification of registration certificate information have been approved, involving modification of the name of notifying company/certificate holder and the amount of manufacture/import.
As for the simplified notification, 142 notifications have been approved this time, of which 4 were notified through the general case of simplified notification and the other 138 were notified through the special case of simplified notification. The details are specified below.
