On 21 Apr, China MEP issued the 5th batch of China new chemical substance notifications (China NCSN, a.k.a China REACH) to be approved in 2014 for public consultation. This batch lists 8 new chemical substances, of which 3 are notified through one serial notification. If no dissenting opinions are raised until 23 Apr, the certificates will be formally issued.
Apart from the new chemical substance notifications, China MEP also consults on the modification of registered amount within the tonnage band on one registration certificate. If no objections are submitted, the new certificate holder will be issued. The detailed information is attached as below.
