How can I find out what "existing chemical substances" (no. 3) are defined as being in the ISHL?

Dear Nanty, the four sources of existing chemicals are not clearly distinguished in ISHL list. You can check your chemicals by chemical name, ISHL number or CAS number on this website: http://anzeninfo.mhlw.go.jp/anzen_pg/KAG_FND.aspx

I cannot check since I cannot read Japanese, meaning that I cannot check a situation, Is there somewhere a - for me - readable list available?

Sorry Nanty, I'm afraid there's no such a pdf or doc list. But we'd like to check the substances that you're concerned with for you.
