Japan to Revise List of Poisonous and Deleterious Chemicals

On May 12^th, the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) announced the draft amendment to the sub-regulations of the Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Law (PDSCL). The draft is open for public consultation now, which will end on June 10^th.
