Japanese MHLW to Revise Poisonous and Deleterious Substances List

    On May 17th, 2018, Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW) published a proposal of the revision of the Order for Designation of Poisonous and Deleterious Substances and sought feedback from the public. The consultation will end on Jun 15th, 2018.

    Is this the final version to be effective from July.01? Do we know is there any change after the public consultation?

    Dear Cristing, the final version was expected to be published in late June. Usually there won't be much changes to the draft version. We will keep you posted when the final version is out.
