The sixth round of Lead Registrant (LR) election for priority existing chemical substances (PECs) subject to joint registration under K-REACH has finished.
In addition to the new publication of LR election results for 20 PECs, 1 PEC (1,4-Dichlorobenzene; p-Dichlorobenzene, CAS No. 106-46-7) that previously finished LR election in the first round was deleted since its LR (OCI Inc.) chose to opt out.
The previous five rounds of LR election are reported as below.
Through the 6 rounds of election, 221 PECs have finished their LR election (the list is accessible here). However, there are still 289 PECs requiring LR election (In total 510 PECs). These PECs all require joint registration before 30 Jun of 2018 according to K-REACH regulation.
