K-REACH Designates 510 Chemicals as Priority Existing Chemicals Subject to Registration

The final list of 510 priority existing chemical substances (PECs) was officially announced by MoE (Announcement No. 2015-92) on 1 July of 2015. After this date individuals and companies will have three years to register the listed PEC substances. This is only the first batch of PECs. The second batch will be announced in 2018 and the third batch is expected to be announced in 2021.
