On Aug 15th, MEE published the revised GB30965-2012 Ambient Air Quality Standard (国家大气环境质量标准) after consultation ended on Jul 26.
Compared to the draft version, the promulgated revision only modifies article 3.14 as below:

The revision will be implemented from Sep 1st, 2018.
Next MEE will carry out the monitoring state transition and upgrade 1436 pieces of equipments in national monitoring stations. It is expected to publish the revised monitoring data on September 1st, 2018. MEE will help guide local monitoring spots to complete the state transition and publish the relevant monitoring data form Jan 1st, 2019.
