MoL drafts New Chemical Registration Fee under Taiwan OSHA

Taiwan’s new chemical registration is regulated by both TCSCA and OSHA. The administrative costs of new chemical registration under TCSCA have been drafted for public consolation on 25 Aug 2014 (ChemLinked new) while the costs under OSHA were not disclosed until 2 Dec 2014 when the draft Standard for New Chemical Substances Registration and Controlled Chemicals Permission Fee was issued.

The administrative fee is specified in the table 1. It should be noted that  SMEs will see a 25% reduction in the dossier review fee.
