Korea’s National Institute of Environmental Research (NIER) has announced the correction of two entries in the South Korea’s Toxic Chemical Substance List (TCSL), according to the NIER Notice No.2014-5 on 11 Mar 2014. In accordance with the updated list appropriate compliance actions should be taken under TCCA one month after the notice’s publication.

The correction is for two kinds of toxic substances, their GHS classification and labeling information has also been simultaneously updated in Korea’s GHS Classification List.
