Taiwan EPA Issued Draft Proposal for Stringent Management of Class 4 Toxic Substances

On 22 Apr, Taiwan issued the proposal to regulate the approval of Class 4 toxic chemical substances. The draft will be subject to a period of public consultation lasting 14 days. This regulation was drafted pursuant to the Paragraph 5 of Article 7 of the revised TCSCA. This regulation, when finally published, will take effect from the date of issuance.
