Taiwan Promulgates Regulation for Class 4 Toxic Chemical Substances Management

On 24 Nov 2014, Taiwan’s EPA issued the Approval Regulations for Class 4 Toxic Chemical Substances, which requires the handlers of Class 4 toxic chemical substances to apply for approval permits prior to manufacture, import, export, sale and use.
