On Jan 5, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of Taiwan made public the updated List of Classified Chemicals which contains 6000 substances and their recommended classification results. The list includes the 3000 substances published on Jan 15, 2015, and excludes those whose sample SDSs have been provided by the authority.
From Jan 1, 2016, all chemicals classified under physical hazards and/or health hazards in accordance with the CNS 15030 series standards are subject to GHS compliance. Local public institutions are still in a grace period until Dec 31, 2016.
