Thailand Requires Risk Management Measures for Certain Substances

On Jan 12^th 2017, Thailand’s Ministry of Industry (MOI) announced that the industry had compliance duties  for some designated chemical substances. All the substances were added into Annex 4 and Annex 5 to the List of Hazardous Substances. They are regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Department of Industrial Works (DIW).
