On October 17th, 2012, China Sate Administration of Work Safety (SAWS) has published on its website 8 documents for hazardous chemical registration. The SAWS has updated the “Measures of the Administration of Hazardous Chemical Registration” (SAWS Order 53 of 2012) on July 11th, 2012, and the NRCC-SAWS has during the same time consulted on the 8 documents for the registration.
Documents of the situations were unified, including “registration form of HC producers/manufacturers”, “registration form of HC importers”, “Application Form for all subject companies”, “application form of registration modification”, “application from of renewal registration”, “documentary proof of registration modification”, “notice of non-acceptance of registration application” and the “notice of requesting supplementary materials”. Companies and authorities will all use the above 8 unified HC registration documents issued from 15 October 2012 and the all the documents were available for download on the website.
