Updates on China's IECSC Supplementation

As of Sept 12, 2019, the MEE has received applications from 55 enterprises or industrial associations to append the IECSC with 230 chemical substances.
Manufacturers, importers, users of chemicals, industrial associations, etc. can also submit their applications for informational revision of existing chemical substances. The MEE has received applications for informational revision of 10 existing chemical substances.
China’s Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) reopened the supplementation of China’s Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances (IECSC) on June 21, 2019 (CL News[1]). Manufacturers, importers, users of chemicals, industrial associations, etc. should submit their applications and relevant evidence to the MEE and apply for IECSC supplementation before Sept 30, 2019.
