The amendments of the Regulation of Labeling and Hazard Communication of Dangerous and Harmful Materials (CLA 0960145703), renamed as the Regulation of Labeling and Hazard Communication of Hazardous Chemicals was promulgated by Taiwan’s Ministry of Labor (MoL) on 27 Jun 2014. The regulation (MoL 10302007861) is revised pursuant to Article 10 Paragraph 3 of the revised Taiwan OSHA and takes effect from 3 July 2014.

The hazardous chemicals referred to in this regulation consist of dangerous materials that possesses physical hazard and harmful materials that possesses health hazards as specified in Taiwan National Standards CNS 15030 Classification and Labeling of Chemicals. In addition, the importer and suppliers are defined explicitly to help clearly define their respective obligations.
