On 3 Mar, China MEP issued the second batch of China new chemical substance notifications (China NCSN, a.k.a China REACH) to be approved in 2017 for public consultation. Certificates will be formally issued if no dissenting opinions are raised until 5 Mar 2017.
In this batch, 6 new notifications are to be approved. The detailed information is specified in Table 1. In addition, MEP also consults on the modification details of 6 registration certificates (Table 2). If no objections are submitted, the new chemical notifications and modification applications will be approved.
