On 19 Oct 2014, China MEP issued the 12th batch and the 13th batch of China new chemical substance notifications (China NCSN, a.k.a China REACH) to be approved in 2015. The certificates will be issued subject to a period of public consultation due on 21 Oct 2015.
For the 12th batch, 6 new chemical substances are to be approved, of which 3 are notified as hazardous new chemical substances of priority environmental concern, 2 as hazardous new chemical substances and 1 as general new chemical substance.
The 13th batch lists 10 new chemical substances to be approved, of which 7 are notified as hazardous new chemical substances of priority environmental concern, 1 as hazardous new chemical substance and 2 as general new chemical substances.
