In July 2018, Suzhou Worksafe has imposed a fine of 53750 RMB on the company Enhanry for violating decree 591.

In a recent work safety investigation, the company was found that they did not store hazardous chemicals in the special warehouse. This behavior breaks article 24 term 1 of the Regulations on the Control over Safety of Hazardous Chemicals (decree 591). The company is subject to rectification and a fine of 52750 RMB.

The company fully accepted the administrative penalty and committed to comprehensively learn the work safety law and related regulations.

Enhanry is a company located in Suzhou city, Jiangsu province. It manufactures chemicals such as adhesives, coatings, and sealants.

Chemlinked would like to remind our clients to stay compliant with decree 591 otherwise the price is quite high.

Hi, Ying, Do you know the involved "hazardous chemicals" referred in the reported penalty case are - DG (i.e. listed CAS#s on the China HazChem Catalog 2015) ; or - non-DG / non-listed CAS# but other GHS classified products which meet the definition and GHS hazard inclusion criteria of China Hazchem Catalog (2015)?
