CRC Issues Simplified Notification Annual Report Template and explains how to fill up the report
The Chemical Registration Center of China MEP (CRC-MEP) issues today a template of annual activity report for Simplified Notification under China REACH.
Companies that have acquired the registration certificate of China New Chemical Substance Notification (currently mainly as Simplified Notification) have the obligation to submit CRC-MEP annual reports for the registered substances together with other relevant materials before 1st February of each year.
If certificate holders have not carried out any actual manufacture or import activities for the registered substances in the past fiscal year, they need to continue with the reporting obligation before 1 February of the next fiscal year.
Annual reports in both electronic and written forms shall be submitted and stamped with the company seal. Electronic documents should be sent to report@crc-mep.org.cn.
